This week we are starting a new unit in literacy! Our new sight words will be this and do. Our new letter will be Ee. In math we will continue to work on measurement. Please keep working with your child on recognizing and writing numbers 0-20 at home. The math book that I sent home with your child is just to keep or throw away. We have moved onto the next volume.
Remember that Monday February 10 is an early out day! AM kindergarten will be from 9:00 to 10:30 and PM kindergarten will be from 10:45 to 12:45. Also, our class Valentine's Day party will be on Friday! Please make sure your child has their Valentines box and the candies/Valentines to pass out.
Also, there will be NO SCHOOL on Monday February 17 due to Presidents Day. The following week (February 24-28) will be SEP week! Please let me know if you need a specific day/time ASAP!
