Welcome
to kindergarten! I will be sending this
newsletter home every Monday and it will also be available on our class website
(link at the bottom of the page). If you
have not done so yet, please look
through your child’s purple folder and fill out the papers that need to be
returned to school ASAP.
This
week we are learning about the letter Tt in literacy. We will also be learning about rectangles and
the color yellow. I will be teaching our
first habit from the Leader in Me program: Be Proactive –I’m in charge of me! We will be discussing throughout the year how
we can be in charge of ourselves and ways to be proactive both at home and at
school.
