This week we are starting a new unit in literacy. Our new sight words are: do and this. Our new letter is Ee. In math we will continue working on measurement. If you have not signed up for SEPs (parent-teacher conferences) please do so ASAP. Remember that your child needs to have their Valentine's Day box decorated for this Friday February 13. Each child needs to also bring Valentines for the class. We have 20 students in the AM and 16 in the PM.
Looking ahead, next Monday February 16 is Presidents Day and there will be NO SCHOOL. Then the following week is SEPs and there will be NO KINDERGARTEN on Monday February 23 and Tuesday February 24. The rest of that week will be Friday short schedule.
We are running low on snacks both in the AM and the PM classes! Any donations would be greatly appreciated!
